About the Role

As a Bartender - Red Sugar, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
  • Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer.
  • Good understanding of alcohol, glasses, brand names and garnishments.
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
