- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster cognitive, physical, social and emotional development
- Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that encourages children's curiosity and love of learning
- Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's holistic development
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the overall success of the Kindergarten programme through teamwork and continuous improvement
- A recognised Early Childhood Education qualification, such as a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Demonstrated experience as a Kindergarten or Preschool Teacher, with a passion for nurturing young minds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Creativity, flexibility and a genuine commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Registration with the relevant early childhood education authority
