Job summary
A financial service provider in Batu Pahat, Malaysia, seeks a candidate to manage daily branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service. The role requires a Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; Mandarin is a plus. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, preferably as an ex-banker or in a similar role, with strong computer skills and customer service orientation.
