Your role:

• Work as an integral part of our Global View Implementation team to configure the system according to the business requirements detailed in the blueprint within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze the blueprint comprehensively, including statutory calculations.
• Configure the system as per the business requirements within the stipulated timelines.
• Proactively escalate any risks to quality or schedule.
• Coordinate with Lead and MS Implementation Consultant to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
• Resolve UAT issues promptly with high-quality solutions.
• Liaise with Lead Consultant on PTD loads and parallel issue resolutions.
• Support client go-live activities.
• Estimate and support client change requests.
• Complete transition documentation for handover to support teams.
• Assist with Phase 1 support queries from the Lead Consultant.
• Support creation of Blueprint documents, configuration worksheets, QA checklists, and follow processes such as Rev Trac and pre-configuration checklists.
• Participate in Phases 3 to 5, including reference configuration, testing, and client-specific documentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong configuration skills for SAP Payroll and documentation skills for Payroll/HR.
• Experience in SAP Payroll implementation is highly regarded.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience as a configuration consultant in SAP.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Self-motivated and capable of multitasking.
