overall oversight of incoming inspection operation at Trajan Malaysia;

overall oversight of the production tooling and gauge calibration program and records at Trajan Malaysia;

the implementation and subsequent maintenance of current site Quality certifications including managing and leading external quality audits at Trajan Malaysia;

the management of internal and customer audits; and,

support to the TMS team in the delivery of the overall TMS objective to establish efficient and effective business processes.

• Working closely with the Quality Manager to achieve and maintain a Trajan Global standardized approach to the QMS their implications to the Malaysia site.
• Execute QMS functions at Trajan Malaysia such as OQRs, CAPA and IQA as required, with the support of the Ringwood SME as required.
• Provide Quality advice to the business functions with respect to product and process as it relates to the Malaysia site.
• Leads the Malaysia site in preparing for second and third party audits and risk-based internal audits.
• Conduct QMS training for Malaysia staff, including IQC staff in measurement techniques and processes and calibration.
• Performs supplier quality system audits as required.
• Performs complaint review and investigation as required.
• Maintain IQC Malaysia operation in conformance with Quality Management System requirements.
• Conduct IQC measurement activities (including component tolerance, gauge calibration limits, assembly problem investigations and/or corrective action requests) to meet internal Customer requirements.
• Operate and maintain the Pronto calibration system for the MYS site equipment.
• Operate the Pronto QC Register software system for the MYS site.

• Ensure personal and team work practices are in accordance with the requirements of local Occupational Health & Safety Regulations and to company procedures.
• Undertake and implement documented Trajan Safety policies and procedures.
• Comply and co-operate with safety instructions and activities as directed by an appropriate and responsible officer of the company.
• Undertake safety training as required.

• Application of Trajan’s House of Quality systems and procedures, ensuring specifications are adhered to within the MYS site.
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits are directed by the Quality Manager.
• Understand and work towards Trajan’s House of Quality, utilizing the tools and processes defined.
• Follow documented procedures and instructions.
• Promote “Can it be better?” in relation to product and processes.
• Appropriately manage and report any quality problems or non-conformance.
