Job description

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming fabrics, trims, and accessories to ensure they meet approved specifications.

Conduct in-line and final inspections of garments across various production stages.

Identify defects related to stitching, construction, measurements, color shading, prints, embroidery, and Overall look.

Perform measurement checks against tech packs and ensure fit consistency across sizes.

Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of defects, corrective actions, and compliance checks.

Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure packaging, labeling, and presentation meet brand requirements.

Assist in developing and updating quality standards, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
