Job summary
A prominent banking institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive for Real Estate Management. This role involves supporting the management of rental income, handling real estate expenses, and ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, and a strong understanding of real estate management. This position offers an opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders and contribute to the bank’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in real estate or accounting.
- Experience in managing tenancies or real estate services.
- Exposure in the banking industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support rental income management and tax invoicing.
- Manage real estate expenses for rentals and related charges.
- Liaise with landlords regarding tenancy agreements.
- Assist with legal documentation and monitor tenancy processes.
- Ensure timely lodgment of documents with authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
