Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant parties at all stages of project management for on-time project delivery.
• Assist in monitoring field work to ensure compliance with the Group’s standards, requirements, procedures, and specifications.
• Oversee renovation works for new tenants at the Malls.
• Develop projects by reviewing project proposals and plans from interior designers and having discussions with management.
• Monitor fit‑out plans and the progress of implementation (including liaising with mall fit‑out teams, mechanical & electrical systems, lighting systems, etc.).
• Arrange hand over of vacant possession of premise to tenants.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including performing Personal Assistant duties to GM.
• Other tasks and roles as assigned from time to time or based on any project requirements.
