A leading retail company is seeking an Executive for Facility & Customer Care responsibilities at their location. This role involves overseeing maintenance operations, monitoring tenant relationships, and ensuring effective retail management. Candidates should have a degree or diploma and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with a strong command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia. The position may require shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
Plan, implement and monitor the working schedule for each maintenance staff in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive programs.
Ensure that all maintenance staff are mobilized quickly to attend any emergency breakdowns of all M&E equipment in order to minimize operation downtime.
Monitor and compile documents regarding the services or jobs performed by service contractors, keeping the service log book constantly updated.
Compile and record all work requests from Aeon retail, mall and tenants.
Prepare necessary work for the Maintenance team or appointed contractors.
Handle necessary purchasing following the correct Purchase Order procedures, obtain Mall Manager verification and submit to HQ Facility for approval to proceed with work.
Compile and analyze electricity data monthly.
Enforce energy saving practices by all Department heads throughout the mall.
