Job summary

A property and investment holding company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to oversee all financial and administrative functions. Responsibilities include preparation of financial statements, managing budgets and funds, overseeing HR functions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, professional qualifications, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Strong communication and advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and administrative management.
  • Dynamic, adaptable, responsible and results oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and cash flow statements.
  • Preparation of annual financial statements.
  • Liaison with auditors, tax agents, and others as required.
  • Preparation of financial budgets.
  • Managing the Group’s funds for optimal returns.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Implementing digital solutions for a paperless office.
  • Managing Human Resource functions and payroll.
  • Ensuring workplace health and safety compliance.
