Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Malaysia is seeking a Learning Manager to lead the development and training of team members. The ideal candidate will be involved in preparing individual development plans, organizing training activities, and advising management on improving skills for customer satisfaction. Strong communication and training skills are essential for this role. This position offers an opportunity to impact team member growth and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications
- College degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in Training & Development.
- Ability to effectively communicate and train others.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor individual development plans for team members.
- Organize training activities and support their learning journey.
- Advise the Property Leadership Team on improving team member skills.

As Learning Manager, you will be a role model for our Team Members. From day one, you will be involved in their journey preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organising training activities, and supporting them through learning and development opportunities. You will also support the Property Leadership Team with advice on how best to improve team member’s skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- College degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Previous experience in Training & Development
- Strong communication, training and presentation skills
