Job Descriptions:
- Assist in handling investor relations matters for the Group, including communicating with company's shareholders, other stakeholders and the financial community.
- Assist in the preparation of announcements, circulars, board papers, presentations, annual reports as well as AGM matters.
- Assist in undertaking feasibility studies, valuation and research on corporate projects/exercises.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business/ Finance/ Accounting or related professional qualifications.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years experience in investment bank/ accounting firms/ corporations (corporate finance).
- Experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, accounting & evaluation of financial viability of projects as well as analytical skills.
- Strong command (verbal and written) in English for reporting and networking purposes.
