Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners to source and negotiate joint venture (JV) opportunities, primarily in condominium, serviced apartment, and landed housing developments.
  • Conduct feasibility analyses and build financial models to assess investment potential.
  • Perform in-depth market research on the residential sector, including trends in supply and demand, pricing movements, transaction activities, competitor benchmarking, and macroeconomic indicators.
  • Support deal execution, including involvement in negotiations, structuring, land and JV due diligence, documentation, and financing processes.
  • Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to monitor business plans, P&L projections, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with target returns.
Qualifications
