Responsibilities

• Ensure the sales/data entries in the e-booking system are accurate.
• Liaising and processing of sales documentation for purchasers.
• Close monitor of aging and sales conversion with sales consultants.
• Timely issuance of notice of release letter to buyers.
• Co-ordinate Sale and Purchase Agreement signing with buyers.
• Timely preparation of weekly sales reports.
• Keep track of budget provision for promotional packages.
• Raise payment requisition and verify claims.
• Timely processing of sales commissions.
• Prepare documentation for new launch projects.
• Verify legal fee claims from solicitors.
• Liaise with end financing bankers for new projects.
• Attend to customer enquiries during sales events.
• Comply with departmental standard operating procedures.
