Credit Admin cum End Financing (Property Development)

Position Summary: The Credit Admin is responsible for supporting the company’s credit control and financing functions which including manage End Financing (EF) processes from start to finish for property buyers.

The role ensures accurate documentation, monitoring of credit facilities, and timely follow-up on payments. This position works closely with the finance, sales, and operations teams to maintain proper records, liaise with banks/customers, and support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project accounting, financial analysis, and compliance, particularly within the property development industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Credit Admin
    • Monitor and track billings, collections, and loan documentation to achieve targets
    • Implement control measures to improve credit operations and efficiency
    • Ensure timely invoicing based on Architect/Consultant certifications
    • Issue reminders and follow up on outstanding payments
    • Prepare monthly billing, collection, and receivable status reports
    • Liaise with purchasers, banks, solicitors, and authorities for documentation and loan releases
    • Maintain accurate purchaser records and developer system entries
    • Handle after-sales transactions (sub-sales, auctions, deceased cases, termination/variation)
    • Support Sales Admin team with coaching and teamwork
    • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations
  2. End Financing (EF)
    • Liaise with End Financing (EF) bankers and/or valuers for the empanelment of EF facilities for new projects.
    • Obtain End Financing (EF) line approvals from financial institutions for property buyers.
    • Guide buyers through the complete End Financing process from start to finish, including application, documentation, approval, and disbursement.
    • Reconcile monthly credits and down payment collections accurately and timely.
    • Support general finance operations, including payment processing, basic reporting, and ad hoc finance tasks as assigned.
    • Maintain accurate records of financing and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and banking regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience in End Financing / housing loan processes within the property development industry.
  • Basic understanding of finance operations, including payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written); Chinese Language is an added advantage
  • Comprehensive knowledge of End Financing procedures from beginning to end.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian banks’ housing loan procedures is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in property development credit admin is an advantage
