Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and solicitors on Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) matters.
  • Support internal sales team and external agents on bookings, sales documentation, cancellations, and commission matters.
  • Follow up with purchasers on loan applications to ensure timely SPA execution.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Liaise with purchasers, financiers, solicitors, and relevant authorities for loan documentation, title transfers, and other legal matters.
  • Prepare and handle documents for consent applications, utility accounts, letters of undertaking, and vacant possession delivery.
  • Generate progress billings, monitor collections, and ensure timely payments as per SOP.
  • Track agent commissions, refunds, and related financial matters.
Customer Relations & Reporting
  • Attend to enquiries, correspondences, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records in master control systems and generate reports as required.
Project & Event Support
  • Assist in project launches.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Fastkey, Property Development System, and Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years’ experience with property developers, handling credit control and loan matters.
  • Experienced in property launches, sales documentation, and sales communication.
  • Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for liaising with clients from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
  • Proven experience managing full sales processes from post-sales to vacant possession.
  • Able to liaise effectively with local councils, authorities, government agencies, and consultants.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with a pleasant personality, positive attitude, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
