Feasibility & Acquisition: Assist in site selection and conduct comprehensive feasibility studies (financial modeling, risk assessment, and market analysis) to ensure project viability.
Entitlements & Permitting: Navigate the complexities of local zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental permits to secure all necessary approvals.
Design Management: Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and landscape designers to ensure project designs align with the budget and brand vision.
Tendering & Procurement: Manage the selection process for General Contractors and specialist vendors; negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
Construction Oversight: Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
Financial Control: Manage the project budget, including tracking draws, managing change orders, and ensuring the project achieves its target ROI.
Post-Development Stage: Able to attain the CCC, work on vacant possession & Defecrs Liability Period.
