Job Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients and agencies
  • Help clients through the sales process, including documentation and loan applications
  • Participate in property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events
  • Prepare basic sales reports and updates
  • Learn market trends and product knowledge to support sales activities
  • Willing to travel for sales events when required
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in any field (Sales / Marketing / Real Estate is a plus)
  • Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles preferred; property experience is an advantage
  • Must be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) and Japanese
  • Proficient in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
