The Production Operator will ensure the efficient and effective operation of production equipment, contributing to the overall productivity, quality, and safety of the manufacturing process. This role is integral to meeting production goals and maintaining product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Productivity and Efficiency Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and perform tasks efficiently to meet production targets.
• Quality Maintenance Responsibilities: Follow established procedures to ensure the quality of products.
• Cost Maintenance Responsibilities: Minimize waste by following production guidelines and efficient operation of equipment.
• Delivery Responsibilities: Ensure products are produced and packaged according to delivery schedules.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• High school certificate, diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
