Guan Chong Cocoa Manufacturer Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and experienced Production Executive to join our team in Pasir Gudang Johor. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.

Liaise with Production Planning, Quality Control, Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.

Optimize plant operations by monitoring and adjusting process parameters to meet product specifications.

Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when required.

Lead plant troubleshooting efforts to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

Provide training, coaching, and guidance to production staff to uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Analyse production data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management for performance improvement.

Assist in the development and implementation of new production techniques, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
