A leading contract manufacturer is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Executive in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, oversee compliance with labor laws, and support employee engagement initiatives. 6. Confidentiality & Data Protection (P&C)
  • Safeguard all employee information, payroll details and company documents with strict confidentiality.
  • Exercise sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive HR and management information.
  • Ensure compliance with company confidentiality policies, PDPA and data protection standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in HR and Admin experience, preferably in an international or regional role.
  • Industry Experience: Good knowledge of labour laws, visa/ work permit regulations, and international HR practices.
