6. Confidentiality & Data Protection (P&C)
- Safeguard all employee information, payroll details and company documents with strict confidentiality.
- Exercise sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive HR and management information.
- Ensure compliance with company confidentiality policies, PDPA and data protection standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in HR and Admin experience, preferably in an international or regional role.
- Industry Experience: Good knowledge of labour laws, visa/ work permit regulations, and international HR practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
