Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering, preferably in Pharma Manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years leading an MEP or similar technical team.
• Proven track record of complex project deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the MEP team (mechanical, electrical, piping).
• Drive technical delivery for SEA clients, ensuring quality and schedule compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and BDMs to develop client proposals and scope solutions.
