Nephromedica Dialysis Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our dialysis centre in Batang Kali, Selangor. As a full-time Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

What you'll be doing

• Providing direct nursing care to dialysis patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing treatment plans
• Assisting with the setup and operation of dialysis machines, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and functioning
• Closely monitoring patients' conditions during dialysis sessions and responding promptly to any changes or complications
• Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate medical records
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and implement care plans
• Educating patients and their families on dialysis treatment, self-care, and healthy lifestyle management
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate in Malaysia
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dialysis or similar medical/surgical nursing role
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dialysis treatment and patient care protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, with a keen eye for detail
