POST BASIC STAFF NURSE / MEDICAL ASSISTANT (RENAL)

BP Renal Care (BPRC) is proud to be known as one of the leading dialysis centers in Johor, offering good & high quality hemodialysis service for patients at end-stage renal disease (ESRD). For over 2 decades, patients and their families have placed their trust in us for all their dialysis needs.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Post Basic Staff Nurse/Medical Assistant who can provide expert care by delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing patient's information.
  • To arrange staff nurse and patient's schedule.
  • Responsible for assessment of care needs of patients.
  • To assist the patients in taking the prescribed medications and make sure that the patients are following all the instructions given by the doctors.
  • To provide a report to the Nephrologist (NIC), Doctor (PIC) and National Renal Registry (NRR).
  • To guide the Staff Assistant Medical Officer (AMO), Staff Nurse (SN) and Dialysis Technician (DA).
  • To help management center.
  • To ensure center always tidy and clean.
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma/Degree in Nursing or Medical Assistant.
  • State Registered Nurse and Assistant Medical Officer with Post Basic in Renal (will be added as advantage).
  • Posses with Certificate in Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Min 2-year experience of working in a Hemodialysis unit.
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed.
  • Allowances ( transport, housing and phone).
