About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced NURSE / NURSE HEAD to join our dedicated team in Melaka. As a NURSE / NURSE HEAD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This full‑time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the well‑being and quality of life of our residents.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating the nursing team to provide exceptional care to our residents
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans to meet the individual needs of each resident
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Monitoring and reporting on the quality of nursing care delivered
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimise patient care
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the nursing team
• Participating in the development and implementation of nursing‑related initiatives and strategies
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing management or supervisory role, preferably in a long‑term care or aged care setting
• Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of nursing best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing compassionate and person‑centred care
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
