Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
  • Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, meeting customer service standards.
  • Ensure all shipments processed comply with regulations at all times.
  • Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
  • Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per the DLSOP.
  • Work with the team on meeting KPI standards, as per the company’s procedures.
  • Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Daily review operational reports and work with team on updating event codes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Take up additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Job Description

  • Ensure all shipments processed comply with regulations at all times. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer policies/requirements.
  • Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
  • Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per the DLSOP.
  • Work with the team on meeting KPI standards, as per the company’s procedures.
  • Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction.

  • To take up additional tasks and responsibilities as and when required to meet the Department’s needs.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Diplomain Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 1Yearof working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skills: Fluent in English, Intermediate Computer Skill (Microsoft Office)
