Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a corporatised setting.

Strong exposure to insurance, TPAs, corporate healthcare clients, or hospital groups.

Proven leadership experience managing senior teams and HODs.

Solid understanding of financial reports and operational KPIs.

Experience leading sales teams and CRM platforms.

Hands‑on, results‑driven, and execution‑focused leader.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, strategy, or senior leadership roles within a corporatised healthcare organisation.
  • Proven track record of leading business growth initiatives, expanding healthcare networks, and driving strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia’s healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks, private healthcare operations, and public‑private partnerships.
  • Experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and strategic alliances in the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with healthcare financing models, insurance systems, and the commercial landscape of private medical practice.
Industry Connections & Influence
  • Well‑established network within the healthcare industry, including relationships with key stakeholders such as government agencies, healthcare regulators, insurance providers, hospital groups, and medical associations.
  • Ability to leverage connections to unlock business opportunities, negotiate strategic deals, and position Qualitas as a leading player in Malaysia’s healthcare sector.
Healthcare Background (Preferred)

Healthcare experience combined with business acumen is a strong plus, allowing for a better understanding of operational and commercial aspects of primary care.

Qualifications
