Job summary
A leading insurance provider in Cyberjaya is seeking an individual for an after-sales support role in insurance policy processing. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and a relevant Bachelor's Degree. The position requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The role includes processing new business, renewals, and handling inquiries from partners. This is a contract position with a hybrid work model as the company plans to relocate in 2026.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in insurance policy processing.
- Excellent written & spoken English language skills.
- Good attention to details & organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Process insurance new business, renewals, and change requests.
- Manage bills and payments to the group policy holder.
- Handle all incoming requests within service standards.
