We are looking for a Senior Officer to join our Data Management Unit. You will play a key role in managing client account data for Equity, Derivatives, Unit Trust, and CDS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Account Management

Process and verify account opening, updates, and closure for trading and CDS accounts.

Conduct AMLA and credit checks where required.

Ensure all approvals and documents are properly completed.

Verify data entries in Bursa and back‑office systems.

CDS Operations

Handle CDS account opening, transfer, activation, and closure (manual or via Bursa Anywhere).

Check and reconcile CDS reports and fees.

Ensure all CDS documents are complete and properly filed.

Client & Data Maintenance

Maintain accurate client records and proper filing of all documents.

Handle client and dealer inquiries related to account matters.

Process reward redemption requests.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare daily and monthly reports as required.

Ensure all work complies with company policies and IT security standards.

Report any data or security issues immediately.

General Tasks

Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Support operational improvements and teamwork within the department.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in data management or financial operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
