Account Receivable Executive / Senior Executive

Our #MKAFinanceTeam is expanding! We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive / Senior Executive to manage the Group's accounts receivable process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of new and update customer profile including information and credit management.
  • Update daily sales collections/collection clearing (Online portal, consignment sales, distributor and other collection methods).
  • Review customer credit and financial information to make recommendations for credit worthiness, including credit limits, and monitor granted credit limits to ensure compliance.
  • Closely monitor outstanding balances, reconcile customer accounts and take proactive actions in resolving disputes.
  • Ensure proper filing of accounting records/documents.
  • Perform other ad hoc accounting and general administration assignments as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or any equivalent.
  • At least 3–4 years of relevant AR working experience.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Excellent and sound knowledge in business modeling and commercial management with good business acumen.
  • Able to work independently & team player with good communication and presentation skills.
