Job summary
A leading company in property development and investment is seeking a Finance Manager based in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and managing financial instruments. Applicants should possess a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounts, with professional certifications being advantageous, alongside proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Qualifications
- 5 – 8 years of working experience in finance.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English proficiently.
- Professional certifications are an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing financial reports and preparing activity reports.
- Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Nature of business: property development & investment, car park operation
Responsibilities
· Reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports and financial forecasts
Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments
Planning and directing the activities of workers in branches or departments
Preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounts
· ACCA, iCAEW, CFA or any professional cert would be an added advantage
· 5 – 8 years of working experiences in the related areas
· Able to speak and write in Mandarin, English proficiently
