Job Scope

Work within the Group GPM team to deliver high‑quality management information (MI), performance management analysis, actual reporting, forecasting, planning and remuneration to senior committees, including the Group Executive Committee (GEC). Continuously enhance processes and deliverables by improving checks and controls, increasing efficiencies and optimising working files. Support urgent requests and BAU deliverables in a timely manner while maintaining a good balance between flexibility and control.

Accountabilities
  • Support various GPM Excel‑based deliverables, including MI, performance management analysis, actual reporting, forecasting, planning and remuneration.
  • Enhance and optimise existing work files, processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with the KL and HK teams to deliver urgent ad‑hoc requests.
  • Coordinate closely with local businesses and Group teams.
Performance Measures
  • Consistently deliver high‑quality products within established timelines.
  • Perform well under pressure.
  • Provide clear communication and closely manage expectations of the line manager.
Core Competences Required
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications (e.g., Power Apps, VBA).
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Independent thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in the insurance or financial services industry.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science‑related field.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Professional qualifications in relevant fields preferred (e.g., accounting, actuarial, investment, data analysis and risk management).
