A retail management firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Group Managing Director. Responsibilities include managing outlet operations, analyzing sales performance, and monitoring social media engagement. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and have relevant experience in finance or the F&B industry. Fresh graduates willing to work extra hours are encouraged to apply. The role requires flexibility and active engagement with various stakeholders.
Assist the Group Managing Director (GMD) to manage all aspects of the retail outlet operation, maintain the organization’s reputation, increase customer loyalty, and drive profitability.
Work closely with the GMD, Operation Director, finance, admin & HR, Mixue Malaysia HQ, marketing, customer support to ensure the business is operating at peak performance.
Analyse various data, identify trends, and work with cross-functional teams to implement process and productivity improvements.
Review monthly sales and monthly stock reconciliations with Finance team & identify variances & cost discrepancies.
Constantly monitor the social media contents quality, activeness on social media (TikTok, IG, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, X and etc) of all outlets to ensure optimised engagement with local community and compliance of law (3R elements are prohibited strictly).
Conduct a weekly review of each outlet’s third party food delivery platforms’ (Grab Food, Food Panda, Shopee Food) and Google customers feedback and complaint, highlight and feedback to the Board of Directors (BOD) if there’s any major issue.
Analyse sales performance data of all outlets in monthly basis, prepare a simplified monthly sales performance report with MOM comparison. Identify new marketing channels, maximize sales opportunities to ensure sales targets are met if not surpassed.
When instructed, to conduct monthly audit at all outlets under the company and Mixue Malaysia HQ guidelines, conduct a post mortem with the outlet supervisor and set an action plan to improve the scoring accordingly. Recommends changes or improvement of structure to facilitate flawless delivery of service.
Review outlets' CCTV in daily basis.
Assist the GMD to develop network/ new business expansion strategies, identify trade area opportunities and recommend sites for expansion.
Perform any other special projects/ tasks, attend training, meeting and other business related events as assigned by the Group Managing Director.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to go extra miles, reply and acknowledge messages at nights. Act on emergency matters diligently, immediately without delay.
Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration with relevant working experiences in account, finance or F&B industry.
Fresh graduates who are willing to work extra miles, go on the field and travel out station are encouraged to apply.
