You will be responsible for 2D and 3D product design, formulating mechanical design plans, and ensuring project completion. - Design AMHS Product 2D and 3D, including BOM production.
- Formulate and implement Mechanical Design plan per project.
- Write mechanical-related documents including product testing.

Deliver high-quality mechanical designs for AMHS products, optimize processes, and ensure design outputs meet specifications. Collaborate with production, vendors, and HQ to enable smooth project execution and product transfers.
- AMHS Product 2D, 3D design (dimensions and tolerances), BOM production.
- Formulate the Mechanical Design plan, and implement it according to the project plan.
- Writing of mechanical-related documents (including product testing).
- Modular design and optimization of products.
- Guide the production and process to carry out the installation of production, and make the process file for manufacturing.
- Formulate on-site installation SOP based on production and delivery conditions, and guide on-site implementation.
- Communication with Process, purchase, manufacturing and vendors and closely with the team to complete the project work.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, engineering materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in CAD software SolidWorks for 3D modelling and technical drawings.
- Ability to analyse design challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in managing design projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and design records.
- Work on cutting-edge AMHS mechanical design projects in a high-tech environment.
- Lead design optimization and modular product development initiatives.
- Enhance technical expertise in mechanical engineering and CAD applications.
- Contribute to the success of automated material handling projects from design to production.
