Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and goods.

Organize, label, and store items safely and systematically.

Prepare and issue materials based on requisitions from internal departments.

Update inventory records in system accurately.

Conduct regular stock count, cycle count, and reconcile discrepancies.

Monitor stock levels and highlight low-stock items for replenishment.

Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams on delivery schedules and urgent stock needs.

Handle stock returns, damaged goods, and disposal processes properly.

Safeguard company assets and prevent stock loss or misplacement.

Requirements / Qualifications

Proven experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant (minimum 1–3 years).

Familiar with inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse procedures.

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / inventory system).

Good communication skills (fluent in Chinese, English & Bahasa Melayu) and ability to work independently.

Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and integrity.

Able to work under minimal supervision and meet operational deadlines.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00AM – 6:00PM

Salary range: RM3500 - 4000
