Admin Assistant- Live Host Admin Management (WFH)
Job summary
A management firm in Kepala Batas, Penang is looking for an Admin Assistant to manage live host activities and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should have admin experience, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and must own a motorcycle. This is a contract position with a salary starting at RM 1,200 per month.
Qualifications
- Experience in admin tasks for less than 1 year.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Own transport, preferably motorcycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage live host performance reports and schedules.
- Recruit and train live hosts.
- Monitor attendance and generate reports.
Skills
Admin Assistant- Live Host Admin Management (WFH)
- Live Host Management: Schedule, leave arrangement, performance report and commission report.
- Recruit, training, product knowledge development to live host.
- Compound KPI of live host included sales, attendance, performance of live host.
- Manage commission tracking for in-house & outsourced live hosts.
- Calculate and report commissions from e-commerce & live streaming data.
- Prepare monthly & half-monthly performance reports (GMV, hours streamed).
- Compile live hours and list allowance-eligible hosts.
- Track part-time host replacements.
- Monitor WhatsApp groups for issue resolution (schedule, technology, commissions, etc.).
- Product key-in to facilitate post production teams before the live host begins the live session.
- Performance Optimization: Present performance updates to management & HR (monthly basis).
- Schedule monthly performance meetings.
- Attendance: Track attendance daily (attendance, lateness, absences) and generate attendance reports for payroll and punctuality tracking.
