Job summary
A leading lifestyle brand in Malaysia is seeking a Regional Social Media & Content Executive to strengthen its presence across Asia. In this role, you will manage and localise content for various markets, engage with online communities, and support regional campaigns. A strong understanding of Asian digital trends and fluency in Mandarin are essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging content and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a creative and driven Regional Social Media & Content Executive (Asia Markets) to strengthen our brand presence across Asia. You will manage and localise content for multiple markets, support regional campaigns, engage with online communities, and partner closely with our distributors in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
This role requires someone who understands Asian digital trends, can create engaging short‑form content, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced lifestyle/soft‑goods brand environment. Mandarin spoken and written is compulsory as you will frequently communicate with regional partners and customers.

- Build and manage monthly content calendars
- Localise content, captions, and messaging for Asia markets
- Schedule content across IG, TikTok, Facebook, Threads
- Assist with product drops, campaigns and seasonal launches
- Respond to messages & comments across channels
- Track customer sentiment by market
- Identify local engagement opportunities & trends
- Support distributors with localised posts and campaign assets
- Coordinate regional UGC and influencer collaboration requests
- Track regional social campaigns, launches & events
- Collect weekly & monthly performance data
- Report best‑performing posts by region
- Suggest improvements based on content performance
- Meta Business Suite
- TikTok Business Center
- CapCut or basic video editing
- Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Slides)
- Basic video editing (Reels/TikTok formats)
- Caption writing & localisation
- Understanding of Asian content trends
- Strong product‑based visual sense
- Able to understand reach, impressions, CTR
