Our Client is a consulting firm seeking to hire a mature candidate, preferably a retiree, as an Administrative Assistant on a Part-time basis at its office in Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya.
- Handle office clerical and general duties in administration
- Update daily reporting on submission of documentation
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by company from time to time
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Able to work independently as teamwork.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal over the phone.
- Required language(s): English.
- Computer literate, Proficient in Microsoft Office & Typing skills.
