The successful candidate will have 4–6 years of brand marketing experience in the FMCG industry, with a passion for connecting with young Malay male consumers. Job Description

Brand Strategy LeadershipCo‑develop brand positioning and yearly marketing plans with the Brand Manager to strengthen GATSBY’s leadership in men’s grooming and drive sustainable share growth.

Integrated Marketing CampaignsLead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns — from insight to execution — across digital, influencer, in‑store, and media touchpoints with creative and media agencies.

Consumer & Market InsightDrive deep understanding of young Malay male consumers and category trends through social listening, data analytics, and market research to uncover meaningful insights that fuel creative strategy.

Innovation & Business OpportunityWork closely with global and local product development team to identify and evaluate new product or marketing opportunities through consumer and market studies, ensuring relevance to local needs and growth potential.

A&P & Profitability ManagementManage brand A&P budget efficiently, balancing topline growth and cost efficiency while maintaining brand equity and consumer loyalty.

Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with global branding, product development, sales and trade marketing teams to ensure strong alignment and execution excellence.

Mentorship & LeadershipSupport and guide junior marketing team members, fostering collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the team.

*This role reports to the Brand & Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with another team member in jointly managing the GATSBY brand.

Requirement

4–6 years of experience in brand marketing within the FMCG industry (personal care or lifestyle brands preferred).

Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing agencies.

Strong business acumen, able to connect marketing investment with sales and profit outcomes.

Deep interest or understanding of young Malay male consumers.

Strategic yet creative thinker with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
