Job summary

A dynamic product team is seeking a passionate and analytical Junior Product Owner to manage product requirements and collaborate with customers and technical teams. This role requires a degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates with a background in the Property Industry, CRM, and Accounting, as well as those familiar with product lifecycle processes, will have an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

Job description

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Product Owner (Junior) with a background in CRM or Accounting systems to join our dynamic product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex business needs into clear product requirements and has a keen eye for detail, user experience, and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and manage product roadmap and requirements based on market, other dept and customer inputs.

Interact and collaborate with technical team (including internal department, Mgmt, CS & OB) and customer in day-to-day work.

Participate or lead in software development sprints or other s/w development methodology.

Develop and adhere to timeline for product rollout and production issues resolutions.

Conduct functional testing to ensure software conformance to the requirement and design specifications by developing software test plan and cases.

Assist in monitoring and progress reporting for work activities in a timely manner.

Contribute as a team to realize requirement into a quality software product.

Resolve production issues reported by internal dept and customers.

Conduct post mortem on past activities to improve product and team performance & productivity.

Conduct presentation and workshop for audiences of various levels for internal staff & customer.

Requirements

Degree in Business Management / Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent.

Candidate with experience in Property Industry, CRM and Accounting will have an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience.

Creative thinker with ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.

Detail-oriented, highly analytical and quick learner.

Adaptable and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Candidate with programming background will have an advantage.

Familiarity with product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration.
