A food and beverage establishment in Selangor is seeking a Commis for its Central Kitchen. The ideal candidate should have at least SPM/ STPM and some experience in food or beverage service, although fresh graduates are welcome. Responsibilities include preparing menu items, ensuring operations run smoothly, and performing cleaning duties. Candidate must be a team player, able to work independently, and willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Benefits include staff meals and a birthday voucher.

• Prepare and serve menu items in accordance with production requirements.
• Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly according to the SOP.
• Perform basic cleaning duties and ensure work stations are properly sanitized.
• Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items are of good quality.
• Take inventory of restaurant supplies and notify the supervisor of low supplies.
• Plate and present meal items as per the Sous Chef's instructions.
• Carry out other duties as required by management.
