Job summary

A leading filtration solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Associate who is proficient in Japanese. The role involves managing a high volume of PO invoices and cash applications while ensuring accuracy in financial information. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Accountancy and proficiency in English and Mandarin, along with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Must have Japanese language proficiency (N2/N3) in reading and writing.
  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or Equivalent required.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Key a high volume of PO invoices timely and accurately.
  • Audit employee reimbursement claims timely and accurately.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable effectively.
  • Key a high volume of cash application timely and accurately.

Account Receivable

Key a high volume of cash application timely and accurately

Ensure accuracy between collection and remittance information

Education Qualification:

Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or Equivalent

Technical Competence & Skills:

A MUST in Languages Proficiency - English and Mandarin verbal and written + Japanese N2/N3 level (Read and Write only).

Computer literacy, working experiences in using any ERP system. Knowledge of Oracle R12 is an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage both internal and external stakeholders

Fast learner, ability to work independently and within given deadlines

A good team player

Details orientated, independent with initiative and possess good problem-solving skills
