Job summary

A leading urban mobility company in Selangor is seeking a Technician to conduct repairs on lifts and escalators. The role involves addressing customer complaints, performing major repairs, and working independently. Candidates should have an SPM/SKM certificate or diploma in a relevant field and a motorcycle license. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the escalator and elevator industry is preferred. This position requires travel across Malaysia and offers an engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/SKM/Certificate in electrical, mechanical or mechatronic or Diploma.
• Having 2 years working experience in Escalator and Elevator industry is an advantage.
• Possess own motorcycle with valid license.

The Technician is to plan, perform and ensure the completion of Fix Repair Works according to Fix Repair Request from Branches.

Key Responsibilities

• To conduct major repair job and provide assistance to sub contractor for repair job.
• To respond to customer’s complain on lift and escalator related issue and provide rectification accordingly.
• Liaise with customer on the signing of servicing checklist and 2nd schedule book.
• To respond and feedback on customer complain.
• To perform and complete CPSI as per scheduled.
• Work together with supervisor to complete FI, LPCA and etc.
• Support and assist inspector to carry out task and inspection according JKKP and Fire Dept. regulations.
• To attend tools box meeting.
• To support in building teamwork through involvement and communication.
• To assist callback technician on callback issue.
• To perform routine service according to the maintenance checklists.
• Perform night standby duty.
• To follow customer procedure when enter their building.
• To assist in NI EI handover inspection.

Key Requirements

• Minimum SPM/SKM/Certificate in electrical, mechanical or mechatronic or Diploma.
• Having 2 years working experience in Escalator and Elevator industry is an advantage.
• Possess own motorcycle with valid license.
• Willing to work independently and responsible.
• Willing to perform fix repair jobs.
• Willing to travel across Malaysia.
