Job summary
A leading customer experience solutions provider is seeking a Mandarin Interpreter to work remotely. You will provide high-quality interpretation services to assist customers in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English, possess strong customer service skills, and have at least one year of experience in a customer service environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Mandarin Interpreter for INTOUCHCX MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in a fully remote role. You will be providing high-quality Mandarin language interpretation services to assist customers located in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is a full-time position, offering the flexibility of working from home.
- Provide accurate and efficient Mandarin language interpretation services to support customer inquiries and concerns
- Facilitate clear communication between customers and support teams on Video calls.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and service level agreements
- Continuously improve your language skills and interpretation capabilities
- Fluency in both Mandarin ( C1 & C2 Level) and English( C1 & C2 Level), with the ability to interpret between the two languages accurately and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
