Job summary

A company secretarial service provider is seeking a MAICSA-licensed Company Secretary based in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will act as the named Company Secretary, signing statutory documents and advising clients on regulatory matters. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, proficiency in English is required, and Chinese language skills are a plus. This role allows for independent management of client portfolios while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

  • Prepare and review resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.
  • Ensure timely compliance with SSM and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage client portfolios independently.
  • Provide guidance to junior secretarial staff when required.

On behalf of our clients based in Singapore, we are looking for an MAICSA-licensed Company Secretary with the authority to sign statutory documents and act as the named Company Secretary under SSM. The role is within a company secretarial service provider environment.

English communication is sufficient for this role. Chinese language ability is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2016
  • Able to handle multiple client portfolios with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Chinese language skills are a plus
