Job summary
A leading fast-food chain in Subang Jaya offers a Graduate Employability Program aimed at developing management trainees through a structured 6-month program. The program consists of three tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader, which focus on operational responsibilities, customer service, and staff coaching. Candidates with a relevant certificate or degree and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English are encouraged to apply. - Engage in food and drink production, focusing on cleanliness and customer service.
- Coach crew members and manage production zones as a Crew Leader.
Skills
Education
- 6-month foundation program leading to Management Trainee tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, Crew Leader.
- Tier 1 – Crew: focus on production, food and drink production, cleanliness, customer service.
- Tier 2 – Crew Trainer: detailed company policies, customer engagement, frontline role.
- Tier 3 – Crew Leader: zone production management, coaching Crews.
- Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Available for shifts, weekends, public holidays.
- Willing to relocate/is transferable.
- Diploma/Degree: RM10.25/hour or RM2,000/month.
- Working schedule: 6 days a week, 8‑hour shift rotation.
- Double pay on public holidays.
