Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or pursuing ACCA, CIMA, CPA.
• 2 - 3 years of accounting and finance experience.

Job description

• To assist with the maintenance of the full set of accounts.
• To manage the supplier payments.
• To maintain relationships with suppliers.
• To monitor the receivables of the company.
• To process the material deduction and back-charges from customers.
• To perform and review the monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
• Participate in the physical inventory count.
• To liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and company secretaries.
• To carry out ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements

• A candidate with a Degree in Accounting or currently pursuing professional accountancy qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
• 2 - 3 years of accounting and finance related work experience.
• Experienced in operational matters, preferably from the construction industry.
• Proficient in Excel and Word and knowledgeable in IT based accounting system.
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Able to deal with large volume of data and transactions.
• A person of integrity, responsible and diligent.
