Requirements

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/MIA) are an added advantage.

At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in property development and/or construction.

Experience in audit, especially in public listed companies, is an added advantage.

Familiarity with IFCA or other property development accounting systems is highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, good organisational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet a strong team player with good communication skills.
