We are a fast-growing social media advertising company specializing in paid media on major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. We help clients acquire high-quality registration leads in Western markets (US/EU) and improve private-domain conversion and sales performance. Due to business expansion, we are hiring an experienced Advertising Team Lead with strong hands‑on execution and team management capabilities to oversee advertising strategies and lead project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute advertising strategies for Western markets, focusing on high-quality lead generation via TikTok, Meta, and Google.
  • Manage and mentor media buyers, including task allocation, performance reviews, optimization, and capability development.
  • Monitor ad account performance; analyze data and produce reports to continuously optimize CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Align creative direction with client requirements and collaborate closely with the design/creative team.
  • Establish advertising KPIs and incentive mechanisms to enhance team execution and creative output.
Requirements
  • Proficient with Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms; mastery of at least two platforms’ strategies and operations.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, including 2+ years leading a small team; strong knowledge of lead‑to‑private‑domain funnels.
  • Solid understanding of lead capture and private-domain conversion strategies with proven ability to improve close rates.
  • Excellent data analysis, budget allocation, and lead-quality optimization skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of account structures and optimization strategies across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills; resilient, accountable, and able to perform under pressure.
